Installation:

In desired location position mount to correct height. Press rear of suction cups to remove air. Surface must be clean and smooth. Adjust leg to level mount. Remove quick disconnect head by pushing cam lever next to handle. Attach camera or spotting scope to the disconnect head with the screw attached to head. Replace disconnect head with camera attached. Tension to hold the camera steady is adjusted by turning handle clockwise. To adjust tensions on the base turn the knob opposite the handle next to base clockwise to tighten.
